Evidently Summary Quality
Welcome, and thank you for taking part.
Before you start
Your study Skill, marked ⭐EVAL, is already at the top of your Skills menu. It was created from a standardized template used for every participant in this study, and tuned to the details that matter most to a physician in your specialty.
- You may select any patient on your outpatient clinic schedule from October 26 through November 9, 2026.
- We would appreciate you doing this for 10 total patients, but we are grateful for as many as you can do.
- Assume the patient is new, even if you have seen them before.
- Assume you are a generalist within your specialty (e.g., a general cardiologist rather than an electrophysiologist).
For each patient
- Open the patient chart and go to Evidently.
- Click ⭐EVAL.Skills is the first tab, and ⭐EVAL appears at the top.
Use only this standardized study Skill. Do not use copies, edited instructions or other Skills.
- Click data refresh at the top.The summary loads in about 20 to 40 seconds, and you can navigate away while it generates. The dot beside it is a while generating and a green dot when ready.
If you see Could not generate a summary, click Try again. Do not evaluate failed or clearly broken output.
- Check the data age.If the chart data is more than about 2 hours old, click Check for updates and wait.
- Regenerate when needed. If the banner says chart data was updated after the summary was generated, click Regenerate (the circular arrow beside Data as of). You can also regenerate any time something seems off. Output varies a little each time, even with no new data; this is expected.
- Compare with Epic, including Media and Care Everywhere.Citations open the source they refer to, and underlined concepts show chart-wide details.
Before submitting
- Rate the version you would actually use.
- Do not put patient identifiers, dates, quotations, screenshots, copied records or distinctive clinical details in study comments.

Complete one rating survey for this patient, then repeat from step 1 for your next patient.
